  1. Great lesson! I might throw this in there for what it is worth...

It is good to try and understand the psychology/background of MMA training. What I mean by this is that people who train MMA are almost always MUCH more use to having punches and kicks thrown at them full speed and power, and they know what it feels like connect when throwing their hand weapons and kicks. Getting used to training with punches and kicks for anewbie...and possibly for a traditionalist as well, helps a great deal. With that being said, Shidoshi Miller gives sage advice here about using the "rules" of MMA against them, going for the eyes, groin, throat, and any other places that induce panic and/or pain.

    Thanks for the great lesson...

  2. It's nice to think about it in the way of taking down your opponents weakness with your strength. I'm excited for the next lesson.

  3. What you are saying means more real time engagement to study an enemies strength and really putting his heart to work against him, thanks for styling on more than technique.

  4. What I'm going to say just might be a shock to you. In fact, it might get you to stop reading altogether. But, try to stay with me for a bit and hear me out. Because I don't make this claim or assertion lightly. How to be a Ninja
