Using Meditation for Martial Arts and Real World Self-Defense

I have a question for you...

"What do you need - I mean REALLY need, to be able to survive a brutal assault - on the street, in your home...

...andywhere?

What do you need?

What are the critical "pieces of the puzzle", so-to-speak, that will give you the greatest advantage against a larger, stronger, faster, better skilled, or better armed assailant?

To most, there's the belief that all you need is physical self-defense techniques.  You know...

...stylized, step-by-step, "karate moves."

But, after growing up in the big city and being the target of every bully and thug, both in my school and neighborhood, and then going on to become a uniformed and undercover police officer who saw his fair share of "combat." on the streets...

...I can tell you that this self-defense belief is flat out WRONG!

In fact, in a real self-defense situation, if you're not giving yourself every opportunity, and using every tool at your disposal, you are crippling your chances of surviving, or at least doing with the least amount of wear-and-tear on yourself in the process.

There are psychological ("mental"), emotional, and even spiritual sides to a combat situation.  And, if you're not tuned in to as many of these as possible, along with having solid, proven, and time-tested physical techniques and skills...

...it's really all a crap-shoot, and hoping that you'll just be better than your attacker.

Do you understand?

If so, and if this is important to you, then I just created a new program that takes a look at meditation training from the self-defense perspective.  It's called...

Goshin no Meso

"Using Meditation for Martial Arts and Self-Defense Mastery!

Of course, if this isn't improtant to you - if you think that meditation is something that it probably isn't, or if you think that a few skills, moves, and a "tough-guy/girl" attitude is all it takes...

I wish you all the luck.

Because, at some point, you may find that that's all you have left!
